Systems Place reviews the question, the source data, existing tools, access requirements, AI assistant environment, and the trusted comparisons needed to check the answer. You receive a written recommendation before deciding whether to build anything.
A decision before a project
The right answer may be an existing tool, prerequisite work, or no project at all.
The assessment compares what is already available in your source systems, AI assistant, and BI environment with managed platforms and a purpose-built connection. Model Context Protocol, or MCP, is considered only when it fills a clear gap.
A production build is not included. If a managed service is recommended, its scope is based on the approved question, systems, users, controls, testing, and operating responsibilities.

What if the data is not ready?

Does the assessment include a production build?
No. Any build and ongoing service are scoped and approved separately if the recommendation supports them.
How is the fee determined?
The fee is based on scope, including the question, systems, access, stakeholders, trusted comparisons, and review depth. The basis is agreed before the assessment begins.
